Our workshop focused on business to business web sites, and those sites should be FUN; Functional, Usable, and Needed. We assume the Need will be likely defined by some business or marketing unit, and the high level functionality as well. But it is up to the design team to translate this into a working system, and along the way make sure that it is usable.
