| Next Time - Don't assume design experience | |
| Make active not reactive decisions: Design for a purpose - Get that purpose directly from customers | |
| Add usability benchmarks and enforce them | |
| Keep it Simple | |
| We are now all designers, help each other, work towards common goals | |
Notes:
As workshop organizers, we learned much about design and where design on the web is leading. We also learned what to do better the next time we present this workshop; such as spending more time teaching web design processes and techniques and to keep to 1 or 2 design problems so that participants can spend more time in each step of the process. |
