If we "cut up" the problem into manageable pieces we can be more efficient in the kitchen. System engineers are the cooks, the bull is the entire system, the doorway the Internet, and the steaks are the modules of the problem. Working on small pieces helps increase getting to some solutions, rather than trying to tackle huge problems with little chance of success.
